求める人材: 【求める人材】 ゲームが好きで、タイ語の言語力を活かしてゲームの品質向上に貢献したい方を歓迎します。 【必須条件】 ・タイ語：ネイティブレベル相当の言語運用能力をお持ちの方 （タイ語の自然な表現や文化的背景を踏まえた表現の適切さを判断できる方） ・日本国内で就労可能な在留資格をお持ちの方 ※資格外活動許可を取得している方も応募可能です。実際の勤務時間は、在留資格等で認められた範囲内となります。 ・以下のいずれかの言語能力をお持ちの方 - 英語：ビジネスレベル以上 - 日本語：日常会話レベル以上（JLPT N2程度を目安） 【歓迎条件】 ・ジャンルを問わずゲームに興味・関心がある方 ・基本的なPC操作スキルをお持ちの方（主にExcel／Googleスプレッドシート） ※入力作業が中心のため、複雑な関数の知識は不要です。 ・ゲーム翻訳の経験をお持ちの方 ・ゲームローカライズテスト（LQA）の経験をお持ちの方 ・ゲームQA／テストの経験をお持ちの方 【Requirements】 ・Thai language proficiency at a native-equivalent level, with the ability to assess natural expressions and cultural appropriateness in Thai. ・A valid status of residence that permits the intended work in Japan. *Applicants with permission to engage in activities outside their permitted status of residence may also apply, subject to the applicable restrictions on working hours and activities. ・Either of the following: English: Business-level proficiency or above Japanese: Conversational proficiency or above (approximately JLPT N2 level) 【Preferred Qualifications】 ・Passion for video games (any genre welcome!) ・Basic PC skills (mainly Excel or Google Sheets) *No advanced spreadsheet skills required. Mainly used for entering information. ・Game translation experience ・Game localization QA (LQA) experience ・Game QA/testing experience
