Successful candidates will start before the opening for training. A New Custom-Made Jeans Store Is Opening in Shinsekai — Join Our Team! We are looking for opening staff to join "Shinsekai Denim Works"! We are looking for staff to provide customer service and sales support at our new custom-made jeans store, mainly serving international visitors to Japan. More than simply selling products, we want our customers to enjoy the experience. You will work together with each customer to create their very own one-of-a-kind pair of jeans! Most of our customers are visitors from overseas, so you will have plenty of opportunities to use English at work! [What You'll Do] ・Customer service ・Cash register and reservation management ・Inventory management and ordering ・Store cleaning ・Closing the register ・Other related tasks ✅ Customer Service Flow STEP 1: Welcome Customers When customers arrive for their reservation, guide them to the designated counter. Explain the experience and introduce them to jeans in English! STEP 2: Try-On & Size Check Help customers find the right size and confirm the length for hemming. STEP 3: Choose & Customize Options Our shop is customers can freely customize their jeans with a variety of options, including buttons, rivets, patches, and embroidery! Recommend options, discuss ideas with customers, and work together to create their one-of-a-kind pair of jeans. STEP 4: Payment After payment, the finished jeans will be delivered to the customer once they are ready. [Be Part of Our New Store!] As this is a new store, there are no fixed manuals or established routines yet. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sharing ideas, making suggestions, and having the freedom to shape how the store operates. As English is the main language used for customer service, no specific level of Japanese is required. Academic background and working experience are not required! No previous experience or knowledge of apparel or jeans is required! Training will be provided after joining the company.
