職種/仕事内容 | 仕事内容: Ski Instructor – Winter Season 2026/2027 Location: Popular Ski Resorts in and around Nagano City, Japan Job Description * Welcome guests at our office near Nagano Station and assist them with selecting and fitting appropriate rental ski equipment. * Accompany guests on the bus transfer from the office to the ski resort. * Upon arrival, distribute lift passes and explain the ski slopes, resort facilities, meeting points, and tour schedule. * Provide two-hour ski lessons to guests who have booked lessons. * Guests who do not require lessons can enjoy skiing independently until the designated meeting time. * Ensure guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable skiing experience. * Prepare and organize ski equipment for the following day's tours. |

対象となる方 | 求める人材: Essential Qualifications * Previous ski teaching experience with excellent skiing and communication skills. * A current, internationally recognized ski instructor certification (CSIA Level 2 or equivalent). * Ability to conduct ski lessons confidently in English. * Eligibility for a Japanese Working Holiday visa or possession of a valid visa permitting employment in Japan. * Strong time management skills, punctuality, and a responsible attitude. * Well-organized, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious. * Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with international guests. Preferred Qualifications * Additional snowboard instructor certification. * Experience with ski rental equipment fitting and adjustment, including boot sizing and DIN settings. * Mandarin Chinese language skills. Compensation & Benefits * Daily wage: JPY 15,500～ * Lunch expenses covered by the company (actual costs reimbursed). |
