職種/仕事内容 | 仕事内容: JoynStar is a small private English school in Senzoku, Meguro, teaching children from preschool age through elementary school. Our curriculum and lesson structure are already prepared, so teachers do not need to design lessons from scratch. Most lesson materials and curriculum planning are provided, helping keep preparation time manageable. Teachers are encouraged to bring their own personality, creativity, games, and teaching style into the classroom. A typical lesson may include: * “Hello” song and warm-up * Short circle time * Alphabet or phonics practice * Textbook/workbook or thematic activities * Games and interactive speaking activities * “Goodbye” song * We believe lessons should be structured and purposeful while still being fun and engaging for children. Please note: This is a professional teaching position. Please apply only if you meet at least one of the following: Degree, qualification, or professional background in education/teaching Previous professional experience teaching children in a school, preschool, language school, tutoring, or similar educational setting Other relevant professional teaching experience that demonstrates strong classroom and student-management skills Applicants without any teaching qualification, educational background, or previous teaching experience will unfortunately not be considered. We especially welcome applicants who: genuinely enjoy working with children are energetic and comfortable leading interactive activities are reliable and well organized communicate well with colleagues can follow an established curriculum while adding their own creativity are interested in improving and developing as a teacher.
