Successful candidates will start before the opening for training. A New Custom-Made Jeans Store Is Opening in Shinsekai — Join Our Team! We are looking for opening staff to join "Shinsekai Denim Works"! We are looking for staff to provide customer service and sales support for our custom-made jeans, mainly for visitors to Japan. More than simply selling products, we want our customers to enjoy the experience. You will work with each customer to create their very own one-of-a-kind pair of jeans. [Customer Service] You will welcome customers and explain the experience and introduce them to jeans in English. Our shop is customers can freely customize their jeans with a variety of options, including buttons, rivets, and embroidery! You will listen to their ideas, make recommendations, and work together to create their one-of-a-kind pair of jeans. Your role is to provide friendly and enjoyable service so that creating their jeans becomes a memorable part of their trip to Japan. [Store Operations] You will also be responsible for a variety of store operations, including: ・Cash register operations ・Inventory management ・Ordering and restocking ・Store cleaning ・Other day-to-day store tasks Most of our customers are visitors from overseas, so you will have plenty of opportunities to use English at work! No experience or knowledge of apparel or jeans is required! Training will be provided after joining the company, so you can get started with confidence. No academic background or previous work experience is required either. If you enjoy talking with people, want to use English at work, and want to communicate with visitors from overseas in a fun and friendly environment, we'd love to hear from you!
