WinBe Oizumi Gakuen is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic English teacher. Applicants living outside Japan are welcome. We’re looking for someone who brings a warm, positive attitude to every lesson. ■Your responsibilities ・Teach English conversation using an established lesson program. ・Prepare for lessons. ・Provide instruction and learning support. ・Help with day-to-day school operations. ■Up to six students per teacher Teach small classes of students primarily ages 3–14, where you can connect with each student and help them build confidence in speaking English. ■An established lesson program You’ll follow a prepared program, so you won’t need to develop a curriculum from scratch. Preparing craft materials is generally not required. ■Comprehensive training Our structured training will help you learn how to teach and lead lessons. 給与 | 月給250,000円以上 給与詳細 基本給：月給 25万円 〜 固定残業代：なし 【一律手当】 全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額：なし 全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額：なし Starting salary: JPY 250,000 per month Before taxes and other statutory deductions. ■Annual salary increase Your monthly salary increases by JPY 5,000 at each annual contract renewal. ■Contract renewal bonus: JPY 100,000 Paid when you complete your one-year contract and renew it for another year.
