仕事内容: Key Responsibilities * Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the interior and exterior areas of the Official Residence and the Chancery, including floors, carpets, windows, entrances, and surrounding outdoor areas. * Maintain storage rooms and organize linens, table linens, tableware, glassware, cutlery, and other household items and supplies. * Wash, iron, and care for bed linens, towels, tablecloths, and other textiles. * Keep the laundry and ironing area clean and organized. * Inspect the condition of the facilities and report any maintenance needs. * Provide support during official dinners, receptions, cocktail events, and other official functions, including setup, service, and breakdown. * Assist the kitchen staff and perform other duties as assigned to meet the operational needs of the Mission. 主な業務内容 * 公邸および大使館事務所の屋内・屋外の清掃・維持管理（床、カーペット、窓、玄関、建物周辺等）。 * 倉庫・収納スペースの整理整頓ならびに、寝具、リネン類、テーブルクロス、食器、グラス、カトラリー、その他備品・消耗品の管理。 * シーツ、タオル、テーブルクロス等の洗濯・アイロンがけおよび管理。 * ランドリー・アイロン作業スペースの清潔・整理整頓。 * 施設の状態を定期的に確認し、修繕・メンテナンスが必要な箇所を報告。 * 公式晩餐会、レセプション、カクテルパーティーなどの公式行事における会場設営、配膳、撤収等のサポート。 * キッチンスタッフの補助および、大使館運営上必要とされるその他の関連業務。
