At MUSASHI JAPAN, you will be involved in the handle fitting and finishing process of premium Japanese knives. Every knife is carefully crafted with attention to quality before being delivered to customers around the world. Position Overview * No experience required – comprehensive training provided * Visa sponsorship available for foreign employees after 6 months of employment * Opportunities for promotion to a permanent full-time position Main Responsibilities * Inspect incoming knife blades and handles for quantity, product type, and appearance * Prepare materials and tools before handle installation * Protect knife blades with masking tape before assembly * Fit traditional Japanese handles onto knife blades * Adjust blade alignment, insertion depth, and handle stability * Remove excess adhesive and perform finishing work * Conduct quality inspections, including: * Blade alignment * Handle stability * Overall appearance * Apply anti-rust oil and complete the final finishing process As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to learn traditional Japanese craftsmanship and develop specialized manufacturing skills while working with one of Japan's finest knife brands.
