仕事内容 ■ Responsibilities 1. Level 2 End User Computing Technical Support • Advanced troubleshooting of Windows endpoint issues • Endpoint configuration support and endpoint compliance remediation • Support for approved corporate applications • Diagnosis and remediation of device performance and OS issues 2. Identity and Endpoint Administration • Operational administration support for: ○ Microsoft Active Directory ○ Microsoft Entra ID ○ Microsoft Intune ○ Microsoft Exchange Admin Center 3. Network Support • Basic troubleshooting of network connectivity issues • Initial diagnosis of network incidents • Escalation to designated Level 2/Level 3 support teams 4.
